Language architecture
English will remain the source language until translations are reviewed. Arabic (RTL), Turkish and Indonesian can be added as separate locale versions, followed by other languages as needed.

Translation coverage
- Public pages, menus, articles, forms and SEO metadata.
- Course descriptions, lessons, tests and certificates when translated versions exist.
- Student, trainer and admin dashboards, including validation messages and emails.
- RTL layout, locale-specific date and number formatting.
This is an implementation plan, not an automatic translation service. Videos require captions or separately prepared audio tracks. Country and language are independent choices.
